The Counseling Center’s Policy Concerning the Coronavirus Pandemic
The Counseling Center’s highest priority is the health and well-being of the persons we serve. Therefore, during this period of increasing concern related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, The Counseling Center has adopted the following procedures:
1. In accordance with the standards for safety and the protocols for the offering of services determined by the CDC, The Counseling Center’s offices will remain closed until such time as it is considered safe for the Center’s counseling services to be offered as an in-person service.
2. The Counseling Center’s psychologists and counselors will continue to offer the full range of the Center’s services through tele-therapy throughout this period of COVID-19, allowing anyone coming to the Center to be benefitted by ongoing, regularly scheduled appointments.
3. At a time of economic distress for so many at this time, The Counseling Center continues to offer its services on a sliding scale/ability to pay basis.
4. Tele-therapy appointments at The Counseling Center may be scheduled by calling 215-322-2586.
